Appointment Policy

Appointments are required at our facility.  However, emergency walk-ins are welcomed and shall always receive top priority, followed by patients with previously scheduled appointments. With multiple doctors on staff we are confident you will be taken care of promptly.

Payment Policy

We require full payment at the time that services are rendered. For your convenience, we accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover Card, cash and personal checks. A deposit of 50% of the estimated services is appreciated at the time of admission.

Patient Arrival Policy

For your protection, and that of others, all dogs must be on a leash and properly controlled while in the waiting area or exam rooms. 

All cats must be presented in an appropriate cat carrier or on a leash.
